hey forcefed 6, you didn't offend me, I was just giving you my opinion. Not everyone liked it or understood it so I had to repeat it a couple of times. No hard feelings toward you, I'd ride with you any day, and I'm sorry you can't serve now that you want to. There are certainly a lot of benifits, and certainly a lot of things to be proud of, whether we're fighting the right fight or not.

I'm sure that the guys who ate turkey served to them by pres Bush loved it. I just don't think that was his only motive.

I can also tell you that he might have seen 500 or 1000 troops, but all the troops he didn't see most likely felt let down.

When I was in kosovo I was always out in the woods every time anyone came to play or perform for us. I missed the dallas cowboy cheerleaders, the redskin cheerleaders, and about 4 bands... It always made me feel like the pogues who sat back in the camp the whole six months we were there were getting their moral boosted, and those of us who were actually out doing the meeting and greeting and helping the kosovar people were getting the shaft.

Same there with bush. He stopped to visit with the guys in the R&R site, but what about al the guys on the ground busting their *** on a daily basis, getting shot at, getting hurt? He didn't see them, and they resent it, I guarantee it.
