I was just givin you a hard time, joking around, you sound more like a Marine then you do anything else.

 

i thought about the marines for a little while, then i realized that i could blow **** up with just a push of a button and that sounded more like fun to me, the reason i probably sound like a marine is that i was taught by an old school sailor and thats how i am so i get angry easy about work sh*t.

 

Sup yeah I agree if you're going to whine and complain then get the hell out. I've been in six years and at the end I'll be getting out to maybe move on to bigger and better things. I don't really care for the navy and some of the things that go with it but I've made some great friends and seen things i would have never seen otherwise..

Well this post turned out good as hell. And Army Navy Air Force Marines i think no matter what we protect this country and i am proud to serve with all you guys.

 

I beg to differ, I worked my *** off to become a US Army Ranger, and I bust my f*cking a$$ every goddam day, and the only thing that gets me, and eveyone else in my Bat through the day is b!tching, we all sound like a bunch of little c*ntragz, but we are also one of the proudest units anywhere in the Military. theres a difference between *****ing and down right disrespect and thats what i am trying to get accross, when u ***** cause of ****ed up things (everyone does it) but when disrespect the uniform that i am so proud to put on everyday we have a problem. i dont know u but i do want to tell u that i have the utmost respect for army rangers and any other spec ops in the military forces, u do some sh*t that amazes me, so even though i also serve in the military, thank u for the stuff that u do that no one knows about!

 

Hey bro, I really appreciate the comment, we get dissed all the time from other units, and its nice to see some comradery, i appreciate every job in the military and i never put down someone who VOLUNTEERED their time to work a tough job at a low wage, one where you can die and if not, come home with PTSD, a mental illness which can be WORSE than death itself. So, my friend, I thank YOU for your service, we all work hard and with it we get to ***** so ***** away!!

To hit on the first post about if you dont like just get out.....Easier said then done.. At least on the Marine side of things here in the training command Im at. The Navy can get rid of people in like 2 weeks just for the hell of it. But the Marine side of the house cant. We ve got students(marines) that have been here 8-12 months still waiting to get their walking papers for more than 1 positive drug pop.... and Im not talking weed, Im talking Cocaine and stuff like that. They re trying to find there way out but it s not that easy. But I feel you on the whole stop whining thing. Ive been in 9 Yrs and I wont lie I complained for my first 4 yrs but once I reenlisted I lost that right because I knew what the Corps was about.

I agree, I did 8 years U.S.M.C. Never missed a day, never was late for a single formation, I bloodied my knuckles a couple of times on rocks and soft chargers. I personally don't get it, I mean is it really THAT hard. I think, if you can't do a contract then that says exactly what kind of person you are,,, a pillow biting, buddy fluffing, P.U.S.S.Y., I have more respect for hippies than whiney little tards who quit, or try to quit because, the first time in thier lives they tryed to actually work and they're all upset because it was actually kinda hard. Boo Hoo.


There is a perfect word for people like that,,,SISSY. Now,,, having said that, if you disagree do me a favor and don't nag about it cause I don't wanna hear about the sand in your ****,,, just suck it up and actually be a REAL MAN and honor your fuggin contract,,,you know that contract and how exactly how you honor it is EXACTLY how you back your word.

Im sure its been said, but I hate when someone joins the military for free schooling or something of that nature, and then complain when they have to do something like go to war. Ok, no one wants to really go to war, but you joined to serve your nation, the rest of it in all seriousness is benefits that come with it IMO.

Anyways, I won't be joining the military (unless there is an extreme shortage of soldiers..), but I will always stand behind our military 100% and will never get down on anyone who serves with pride. To those who have served, and are serving our great country, regardless of whether you are in the war or not, I thank you.

Ps. Is anyone a SEAL? Hands down my favorite part of the military, they are some crazy guys, as are rangers, and the like.
