I got the ticket about 8:45am saturday morning on the way to my Triumph RAT meeting.... lets see that makes 5 tickets this season

4 points-imprudent speed-----(nac nac wheelie downtown whitewater)
6 points reckless-wheelie on spring dells ride-cop didnt see ****
6 points reckless-wheelie down I90 with off duty behind us
6 points 21 in a 55 ----being ****ing stupid and speeding

right now i dont think i have a license...but luckily i got one of those 6 pointers dropped and one i got down to 4 and the other 4 pointer i got down to 3....now i'm just fighting that damn speeding ticket.......

plead not guilty on your first court appearance.....then wait till you get your next court date, a week before your date, call the DA up and tell him that you dont care about the money and you just want your points back cause you need your license for you job...tell him you deliver parts

Mike you have to talk to Helen H. Her office is downtown next to Cherry's Steak. You have to go to court first and ask for a continaunce (sp). Then make an appointment with her office that same day. Plead your case with her and they usually reduce the ticket to a lesser charge but it still costs the same $.
