Its a 600............you need to get up to about 10,000 rpms before you get any power. Ride safe man.

yea what mike said... prolly not even 7500 more like 6500-7000... master regular wheelies then tackle the slow ones!! un less you have no care for your bike then just drop some air pressure and rev up to about 10g and drop the clutch!

Personally, I found the stand-ups a bit easier than sit down wheelies. You just have to realize that shifting your weight from foot to foot will make the bike 'steer'.

The biggest piece of advice that I got (from CBROrange) was to just relax, and let the bike do it's thing. Don't try to pull or push the thing up or down...it's a futile effort, and you just end up wearing yourself out. After that, it's just a matter of balance. Experience is the key...just go out and do it...then keep doing it.

Good luck...

BTW in my experience, Kawi's have good motors, but bad balance. Easy to get it up, but harder to keep it there.

drop you back tire pressure to 25 pounds,

drive along in 2nd at 30-40mph, pull the clutch in, rev the motor to 4-5 grand, and pop the clutch while pulling up on the bars....

you have to time it right, and i would recommend getting in the habbit of pulling your clutch lever in with either one or two fingers only so you have the rest of your hand to hang onto the bike.

best bet is to ride with someone that is good and learn from them.

oh by the way this is for normal wheelies,

The trick to slow wheelies is putting about 60psi in your tire, turning your idle up to just under redline and dumpin' the clutch...... give it a try....lemme know how it works out..

p.s. take a video camera with you

zilla----my best advice to you is try to make our sunday ride...watch how we wheelie, then go and try it....you have to ride with people who can wheelie good before you can really start doing wheelies...it's a watch and learn thing...
