No job. Need the $$$. Was planning on selling it anyways this year after the YZF was finished being converted to the track and gettign a SV650 also for racing. But since being screwed over by orkin, isnt gonna happen for a while now.

Hopefully things get straightened out soon so I can at least hit some races late this year and get my HD for the street.
Then again, I also have been thinking of selling all the bikes and getting back into SCCA where I can be alot more competative open wheel racing (formula ford and formula continental). But for that I really need to have alot of $$$ fall into my lap. Just to get started back with a used FF car would run me $75K Would need a full size truck and at least a 24' enclosed, spare motor, wheels, body parts, suspension parts, new driving suit (the one I had before I could NOT fit into anymore ), hardhat, tools, have to retake my SCCA driving tests and school and a myriad of other expenses. Cheapest decent car I found used was $35K (and had spares). Theres no way to describe doing 150mph with your butt 2" from the surface and NOT braking until after the 2 marker. :YEAH Try that on a bike and you'll be playing in the grass.

Is that the one we painted all the bodywork on the floor at Foxy's in the middle of the day? Whole store smelled like Krylon for weeks.

Exclamation Re: Anyone looking for a track bike?

I'd buy it if it was still painted as the "plucked chicken".

Not wrenching, drove them back in the late 80's out west.
Back when I was about.....your size. I'd probably have to widen the tub out a bit to slip into one again.

God I cant believe you remember the plucked chicken" paintjob I gave it Tim.

Thanks. Hopefully these contractors I've been applying as an apprentice pan out. Then I know for sure I'll make some races this season (with the YZF750). Really hate it when tehy seem all interested in you and then they never bother calling or sending a letter letting you know yes or no. When I did hiring at Dominos back years ago we always sent letters out people we were not going to hire.
