Whats up Indy. I just wanted to say hey to the indy guys and gals. I'm new to the area, just moved up from KC. I'm pretty big into the stunting scence, more into spectating and keep tabs on who is who in the XSBA world. Being from KC I used to watch Grant Sunday with KC's most wanted and Crazy Dan Jackson himself from team xmx practice on a daily basis under the 12th street bridge in KC.

I was looking around trying to find some kind of local board for the indy riders to keep tabs on get togethers and rides. We had one in KC called www.kcsportbikes.com it worked out fairly well. Does anything like this exist here in indy? I moved up here toward the end of the riding season and have met a few guys. I've met Adrian who rides a 600 gix telephonica and few of his buddies.

I also ride dirt with a quad 400ex and did'nt know if anyone else did as well. My cousin just purchased 30 acres out off Guien road next to downtown which we plan on using half for dirt trials, jumps, and what not. If anyone is ever looking to ride dirt and want somewhere quick to ride let me know. We plan on getting a back hoe and dozer in there in a few weeks to start making jumps and clearing some trails. We have access to big equipment but what we really need is a bobcat.

I don't want to drag this out I just wanted to see what kind of action was going on with indy riders on this board. Later.

I assume you left her in KC? There's a decent crowd up here in Lafayette, and a couple of guys go down to Indy time to time. Hit up CHAD_OTE, he's in indy(I think that's his SL name). I'm pretty sure the big crowds meet downtown within a few blocks of Conseco Fieldhouse

When are you guys going? I have a dually quad cab to pull just about anything to anywhere.

 

i'm leaving feb first and i think chad is leaving the same time with me. only problem is that we are staying down there for aw hile, me, til the begining/mid march, chad til april.

are you only going down for bike week? that's a crappy week to be down there, all those harley riders and people that steal and knock over sportbikes....arh bike week has become harley week.

I've heard some horror stories about bike week . We plan on getting outside of Daytona and heading to Orlando for a day and so on.

Maybe we can meet up in Orlando or something that week. We plan on arriving in Daytona on FEb 27 and leaving March 7.

 

I know of one, Mike's friend Ryan had his Gixxer 1k stolen when they were inside a store no longer than 45 min, middle of the day in the parking lot. That's why I don't worry so much since my bike's old and not worth stealing , of course it was even better off before when it was still crappy and flat black

 

Brad got his 9R jacked once, they found it AT bike week.
