gearing on d mann's bike
gearing on d mann's bike
on d-mann.com he say he is able to do a ROLL ON on, not a power wheelie or clutch weelie, he said he can do a ROLL ON with the race gearing on his GSXR 600. Anyone know what type of gearing he has on his GSXR im assumin git can just be a simple -1/stock????
Re: gearing on d mann's bike
depends on what gear bro, I have a damn near stock 99 CBR f4 just -1 / stock with a slip on and I can do a first gear roll on.......I have seen Gixxer 750's do 2nd gear roll ons but 1 gear on a hundo is doable

I have a 2003 YZF 600R, and i am putting a D&D slip on, and plan on doing -1/+2, with that do u think i will be able to do a roll on? P.S. it might seem silly but wha the hell is a hundo?

Re: gearing on d mann's bike
my bud has an '02 YZF600. His gearing is -1+4.. and it sucks. My advice to you.. and most would agree.. is to sell it before you wreck it and get something better. You might take a loss of a g or so.. but if you wreck that one (which you will when stunting) then you wont get chit for it and will be stuck with it. Now back to your questions 1) D-mann and roll ons.. his bike is a fast bike and is tuned correctly I assume and depending on what gear he is in, im sure he can roll on into a wheelie. 2) Roll ons with the YZF (2nd gear right?) w/ -1+2.. I doubt it. I have really good technique and I had trouble clutching his up to balance before the bike ran outta motor.
Re: gearing on d mann's bike
I have started a company based out of Rochester, New York, selling kits to build your own Foam Pit. They will be available in three sizes. The "driveway" which is 15'x20'x8', the "backyard" which is 40'x24'x8' and the "master" which is 60'x40'x8'
The kits will include everything you need to build the pit shipped anywhere in the country. The bottom four feet will be solid high density foam with 4 feet of loose fill on top.
Options include crane to remove bike which can either be electric or hand powered.
Installation is also available for an additional charge.
