You need to start eating a special diet to do so, Starting with some special tea! & lots of fruit! Then we play tag on a tree for practicing skills. Ok Kidding aside. Have you ever Played tag on trees!!! jumping from branch to branch & tree to tree!!
Now thats fun! Lots of broken bones on that one though.
Back in Puerto Rico we did so!!
