im positive my jobs doesnt carry over out there otherwise id think about it. houses out here even a 2bdrm in decent shape start at like $250K and those arent nearly as nice as yours

 

damn that's crazy, i would let this house go for $80,000, i would be losing a **** load of money but i need to have surgery really bad and can afford to do so with the house on my hands

 

you cant rent it out to pay for the sugery or use the equity? regardless take care of yourself by all means. i hope everything works out for you... i just thought about something, 0.5 an acre in MD starts at like $80K. chop your own trees, do your own plumbing, electical and build, haha! that house is looking so good right now
