that was also the last trip that van took .....who knew a minivan with 195000 miles didn't like having 2 bikes in the back for a 500 mile round trip haha the transmission was whistling the whole way home or whining i'm not sure. i miss that van.

toyota previa is a bomb *** bike hauler too. if you get the one with the reversible second row captains chairs you have a built in chock. the front of the bike rests between the two seats, and there are 4 steel rings to strap tie downs to in the back that hold like the business. I've been to florida, oklahoma, and many parts of ohio and indiana like that from michigan with no problems at all. previas have toyota truck engines in them.

Just pull a trailer behind your civic. I haul my stunt bike everywhere with my wrx.
