Motor has 8k miles on it. Stator cover has some rash but motor sounds/runs good. It came out of a clean title bike so you have no worries of it being stolen or anything. It has some kind of a trans problem that wont let it shift into 2nd gear. When shifting it by hand it appears to go through the rest of the gears okay once you can get it into second. I have been told its a shift fork, but I dont work on internals. I am looking to get $200 and dont really want to ship it.

Thanks guys, I know it can easily be fixed but I have a newborn son and Im moving in 2 weeks. I would rather get what I can and let someone else fix it and either sell it or run it.

If somebody buys my bike for $3000 I will include the spare engine.

would the 636 trans work in the 6rr?

i have a 04 636 with a bad crank,so my trans is mint.

let me know asap please, my boy is down in murpheesboro tn. this week til thurs and could grip it for me.

Im not exactly sure what youre asking. This engine is from a 636, so yes the 636 trans will work.

I will ship if I absolutely have to. I would only charge whatever the exact shipping charges are from whatever company I use. Any idea of what companies are the best/most reasonable and I can get you a price

I figured thats what happened but I wasnt sure. That was my old stunt bike. Great bike, but didnt have quite the power/pull that my 636 has.

ya im using my buddys backup bike rite now and its a zx6rr also.
great bike but i do miss the extra pull from the 636,it was nice using a lower idle.
