dude! first off dent the bottom tank, make sure you dent it a little deeper than you want because your going to lose about 1/4 of an inch to the plastic. take the plastic cover off and heat it up. becareful not to melt the plastic. i heated mine with a hand held torch on the inside of the plastic and moved pretty fast so as not to burm or char it. Once youve got it heated up enough put it on and push it into the dent on the metal tank and repeat until both tanks are touching. WEAR GLOVES! that plastic tank is going to be hot as fk.
