Re: HHD StreetFighterz edition 4 piston dual caliper

i just switched from the ho hey bracket that had both factory f4i rear calipers to this streetfighterz edition with the front caliper and there is a huge difference between the two. with the four pistons caliper you have alot more feel and twice the power but it is very controlable. both brackets are great handbrake setups but the four piston is definatly the way to go.

Bracket alone $199.00 shipped in the US

COMBO deal that’s bracket, steel braided line, 2 stainless steel banjo bolts and 4 copper washers shipped in the US for only $249.00

Note: This design will require the modification of your 4 piston brake pads. Due to the diameter of the rear wheel rotor no 4 piston caliper will fit completely on the rear rotor wear pattern so we recommend you trim your pads.

Tips on trimming your pads.

A dremel bit and a steady hand can easily fix this problem. Simply install your pads, ride your bike for a week, and trim the tops of the pads that have not shown any wear.

I'll try to.....mines not as spiffy as Guru's, but it seems t work!
its basically 14 or 16 guage steel cut to fit just behind the edges of the tail, then we supporte it by running the seat bolts thru it, and also putting small peices of steel to fill the space between the metal pan and the top subframe rail.
Seems to support the tail pretty good. Guru's is pimp, but he said the guy that made em takes forever to get em done, thats why we made our own.

HoHey.....sendin ya a PM, got a couple questions bout a new dual caliper bracket.

Re: HHD StreetFighterz edition 4 piston dual caliper

gawd I heart the spreader logo,no dual set up for me though. What about an oem bracket that accepts the 4 piston, Id rock that probly(If you make one I want a prototype for my idea!!!!) or will a front caliper just mount up?
