dude if u got a tank i will dent it and smooth it out for u and paint it...i paint cars for a living ive dented mad tanks ..just gotta tell me how deep u want it....

sad part is....i know the bikes a salvage title...but it was missing just plastics minus tank and tail...and a rear set....and a back seat....it runs perfect...better than some of my friends that have mint bikes...so i guess ill take it up the *** cuz it aint a clean title.... but this bike never gave me any problems so i cant complain..... if i cant get 3500 out of it....it aignt really worth it to sell it.....dont really wanna sell it...just got other priorities that are more important....got a round 12 bar and a subframe cage for this thing to....will post some more pix later...

salvage titles really aren't that hard to get changed... especially if you know someone with an inspection license

Re: 03 636.....$4000

KBB FAQs:

"A salvaged, reconstructed or otherwise "clouded" title has a permanent negative effect on the value of a vehicle. The industry rule of thumb is to deduct 20% to 40% of the Blue Book value, but salvage title vehicles really should be privately appraised on a case-by-case basis in order to determine their market value."

KBB Value:

The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the unit has been fully reconditioned and is in excellent condition. Mileage/condition and additional equipment may have a substantial impact on the value shown above. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the unit's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions.

well i dont have any spare tanks layin around so thats out of the question....either way im lookin at the same amount of work if u dent your mint tank...or i weld your already dented tank and paint it...all i was sayin was no sense ****** up your mint tank when i can weld the dented one and u will always have the mint one as a back up... either way i still want about 300 bucks...dent....smooth out....prime..and paint...that includes materials and **** so just tell me what color u want man
