Re: car amp?

ok so the antenna power wire from your head unit doesnt do anything?

Use the OEM switched power wire. The one that tells the radio itself to turn on or off.

Real simple... get a test light, find your fuse block on the car and start touching your test light to ends of each fuse. Turn your key on and off while you are testing each fuse, when the light on the tester lights up, just splice into that fuse and/or wire leading to that fuse. Done! (Otherwise, the remote wire should always be blue)

Re: car amp?

the power antenna wire only has power going to it when the radio is on to send power to it. it wont stay on when if you use the cd player.

Re: car amp?

the remote power from the amp needs to connect to the blue thin wire from the deck itself
