I like that rule, exept for the MULTIPLE part. How about, if someone scams someone just once, and I mean scam, not deliver **** late, they should be busted.

Who is this guy??????? bikemanclint My Boy bobbo750 sent him $600 and some dollars for a 900rr motor and this guy wont reply to any of the messages he sends him or any of his emails...
Mods Give him a chance to render this problem FIxed Immeditlay if not please realleas all of his info and his Ip address Right away to me So my friend can go to the police and file a felony complain against this guy for over state fraud and involve the fbi...
