929 Rear Brakes on a 97RR?

Will a 929 rear brake assembly fit on a 900RR? If not what brake assembly will fit on the 900?

Re: 929 Rear Brakes on a 97RR?

Has nobody swaped out the 900's rear brakes before? Reason I ask, is I would like to replace the 900 rear brake claiper with the 929 and have the second caliper a 929 as well for the handbrake assembly. They are much more responsive than the 900.

Re: 929 Rear Brakes on a 97RR?

I Just Double Checked On The Parts Catalog. The Part Numbers Are Different From The 900 To The 929 And The 954 But Im Pretty Sure It Is Only Due To The Bikes Reference. Honda Pads Work On Alot Of Models F4i, 900, 929, 954, Rc-51. As Far As The Caliper And Bracket, I Cant Say For Sure But I Would Run It, If The Pads Are Universal I Cant See Why The Other Parts Would Be Different.
