Hey.. does -1, +10 mean front sprocket connected to the engine has 1 less tooth than stock, and the rear has 10 more teeth than stock?? Please let me know if anyone stunts w/ a gsx-r 600 and what works good for a back gear change

yes. anytime you see -1 or +whatever... it's that many + or - the stock amount of teeth. -1 +10 is a very good setup for a gixxer. still streetable and great for wheelies. go for it... and be safe! :YEAH
