I changed my stator cover on my 99 RR and now the bike wont start. Its got plenty of juice and I can here something spinning but the bike is not cranking over. When I hit the starter it makes a loud click under the seat and I think the starter is turning but its not cranking. Someone help, please!

 

Yo I had the same problem, I was rushing to get out and ride so i just threw everything together. when you change the stator cover there is a small gear on a rod that comes out when you pull off the cover. You didn't put that gear back in the right way. Make sure its tight in there and is fully catching both the bigger gears. No big deal you just got to take everythin apart
