No throttle wheelies

No throttle wheelies are buggin me! I have a 99 Blade (15/55) and can do 12 parks, BP wheelies etc. What im trying to do is no throttle wheelies, mainly sit downs. The prob I have is that once I got the wheelie up from stand still, I either chop the throttle to get the right height or use too much rear brake when going to high - ending up like a see/saw effect. RPM's go up, around 6-8thou, but got my idle at 4thou. How do you pros get it to sit just right at first go? Do you clutch up real quick and dab the rear brake and use no throttle but idle?

Re: No throttle wheelies

i can do it either but i don't really have the ambition to learn. i weatch guys from nhrr do it and they usually just have the idle at 4k rev to about 8k and dump the clutch. they ride for about 10 feet maybe and slowly bring both their hands straight out. it takesd a while but you'll get. as soon as they hit a balance point they are just barely on the throttle

Re: No throttle wheelies

4 is way to high turn it down between 2500-3000. Clutch it up fast and catch it with the brake, let the idle pull the bike
