Re: f4i clutchin second

i actually have a sprocket 3 up in the back, i just havent put it in yet cuz one of my friends wants to buy the bike and i think im gonna get a 600rr. but yea ive bounced it up in second before but id rather learn to clutch it up cuz i hear its a lot smoother and predictable. i power up first all the time but i hate it cuz you cant hold it for long before you run out of rev.

yeah i am still tryin' to learn to clutch it... I can bounce it up to BP in second easily... everytime now. ANd ride it for as long as i want. But i do want to learn clutchin' so i can get to BP sooner. Flat tires suck ***

Re: f4i clutchin second

when i clutch up my f4i, i have to bounce and clutch.
it takes alittle gettinused to, the timing was odd for me (coming from powering up 1st all the time)
im -1 +2, but im also at 6000 ft up (colorado springs)

i wouls say get alittle higher in the revs, i did mine ~ 8000 ish, clutch/bouce at the same time and it came right up to bp.

hope that helps

well that way would be okay......eventually your gonna get use to the bike coming down and saving it...... i suggest you whack that throttle harder..........just one good WHACK!! that and/or try sitting your butt towards the back portion of your seat..... that seems to help for some people but once you get it down it wont matter any more.
