Damn Bruno Z, hope you're o.k. and stay up.
FHL, like other people said it doesn't matter what age people are when you go ride.
You can't even tell when the helmets go on!

Look man all i'm saying is that you don't need to worry about that yet hell you just learned to wheelie! just have some fun your not going to 12 anything unless you really want to. Just get really comfortable with wheelis.

You're ignorant. Nobody even answered my question once, I didn't need all this bullshit. I just want to know the difference between BP and going past it. I don't have any money to just go out and learn things the hard way by crashing. I'm about to quit wheelies all together cause I know if I crash I won't have any money to fix it.

If you accidentally scrape tail, you should expect to lose control and crash. All you can do is slam the throttle shut and hit the rear brake and hope for the best.

You're too funny. I see a whole bunch of answers.

They basically said. "Learn to walk before you learn to run and jump".

Also there is plenty of information on this site that you can find by using search. And "You're ignorant"? What are you a michael jackson wanna be

What the hell are you talking about, I don't wanna scrape, I was asking what it feels like when you go past balance point, like does it shoot backwards real quick, jerk, feel like you're falling, whatever.

Walk before I run? I am not trying to ****ing 12, I said if I accidentally go past BP how will I know / what signs should I look for. I'm just asking cause when I let the throttle off at BP it takes way too long to set down and I feel like closing the throttle isn't enough even in first gear for 15-20mph.

Re: 12's

damn man...****...same ****.....

don't you get it....think about it kid... in the fraction of a second that you go from BP to PAST BP to GROUND, do you really think someone can "tell" you what it feels like?? DAMN...BP feels like floating, if you're up there and you've got good position and u touch nothing, then all I can say is it's like weightlessness.

IF YOU ARE WANTING TO GET TO BP EXPECT TO HIT THE GROUND SHORTLY AFTER!!! Plenty of good riders can ride wheelies for a 1/2 to 1 full mile not at balance point, so when you finally get there you'll realize it's way the **** up there.

Oh and wear your "space suit" kid... gravel, concrete, whatever....all that **** hurts bad....your gear will save you a lot of pain.

Re: 12's

Umm it feels like.. well i can't remember happened way to fast.. didn't even have time to think about hittin' the back brake. Just remember hitting my *** on the ground then somehow ending up on my chest sliding and watching my bike spark and then fluid going all on the road.. and hmm... yeah it happens way to fast to know what it feels like... just don't do first gear wheelies and there is a big probability that you won't loop.
Yeah wear your gear and just remember **** happens really fast...to fast i don't even remember the middle of the wreck... just it coming up .. i'm balancing... the the rear tire slips (oil patch) and BAM... then i see that the Zuki on the tail piece is scraped off.. the only reason i knew it went past BP.
Trust me now i know what BP feels like i can hold half mile to mile long wheelies now easily. But am scared to reach it in first gear. See my avatar.. that is BP... now see smurf killa's avatar... well he is past BP.. i wonder how long it would take to reach a few inches maybe a foot at the most to hear that tail slap the ground then hell brake loose....it takes less than a split second.

both my wrecks: first was at around 60mph and second at 90-95. You just know you'r flying and don't know anything or feel any pain, and then you stop rolling on pavement, and then it's all clear, you get up -> **** what the hell I did to my bike!!!

P.S. The time when you are at bp and hittin ground it's like 1/1000 of a second and you don't even know what happened...

Re: 12's

yo bruno z sorry to hear about your falls, glad your ok. fhl everyone rides different, you just have to start off slow and work your way up at your own pace. you just have to learn it on your own, nothing you read will describe the feeling of it.as far as being afraid of crashing, man it's apart of the game. stop trying until you get a cage,it's not going to keep the bike looking brand new, but i'll help. just be safe , baby steps, and cover the rear brake.

Barrow a friends dirtbike or quad and find out on that. Wait, you don't have any friends. In that case, just have your parents buy you each of those too.

Like someone said, it feels like floating on air, the bike weighs 2lbs. After that, crap starts to spew down your pants. Get a pizza sprocket, small one, 50 to 60 teeth, and wheelie in 2nd gear or higher, so you can use the engine breaking. You won't have time to use the rear break unless you do it intentionally, coming up with foot ready to break. Accidently going past the bp...take pictures of the bike afterwards. WEAR YOUR GEAR, or you'll only cross the BP one time, and never again

Re: 12's

i dont got a problem with you, but you told me on IM that last week was the first time u ever got the front wheel off the ground. you're very in-experienced and asking stupid questions. learn to ride a first gear sitdown to rev limiter, learn to ride a 2nd gear stand up to the limiter, then work on getting it up higher to BP. crawl--->walk--->run

Re: 12's

I'm not punkin' snigg here, but I'de try to keep from going that fast in 2nd. try bringing it up smooth, holding it, and when it comes down, instead of accelerating to keep it up, just set it down nice and smooth, slow down, and try again. It may come really fast, or it may take a year or 2, but at this point nothing we can say will help that much, you just have to get used to the feel, and get your reactions good. Hopefully this doesn't open me up to a bunch of forum drama, I'm too lazy to respond anyways.
