Goin to fast.. Need help.

Ok guys.. I can rock stand-up's sit downs for miles (2 and 3rd gear).. but here is my problem. I do them way to fast. Coming down around 100mph. I start them goin around 25-30mph on the highways, street, where ever.
I've had this problem with all my bikes, so i know its something im doin wrong.

What should i do to slow them down to a safe speed?

Balance point + rear brake = slow wheelies

You don't make sense, you're accelerating because you aren't at balance point. If you're at balance point and using the brake you should be able to bring them up at 60 and slow them down not speed up

You need to pull your wheelies back a little bit farther and cover the brake so if you go back too far you can save yourself from flipping backwards.
