breaking in before stunting

i have a 93 900rr and the engine was knocking from the previous owner, i stunted it for about 1 month before the knock was to much to take. I ripped the engine out and rebuilt it, it had three spun rod bearings and a trashed main bearing.for the record it only cost me $250 to do and i know it was done right and it only to me 4 days and two days was waiting for parts , i didnt like the idea of buying a engine for $300-$400 of ebay and not really knowing if it had the same damn problem. anyways its all done now and i was wondering how many miles i should drive it nice before i go on the freeway or stunt?

Re: breaking in before stunting

Keep it at low rpm's for at least the first 600 miles.

If you just replaced the rod bearings and one main, just hop on that thing and go, no break in period needed.
If a bearing does spin out, it's something you did.
