Re: remote start

I've heard a few people mention getting remote start on their bikes... I can't seem to justify it though.... Ain't like you're gonna have the AC all cold and **** by the time you get to it.

And what about gixxers... I know with mine I have to pull in my clutch lever to start it... can you bypass that?

true, i cant seem to find a real reason for the remote start but it would be kinda there is actually a thread in the general motorcycle forum about this, a guy is looking to install one oh his gixxer and he is having some wire problems and he was looking for help. I asked him about the clutch and he as well as a few people told me that you can bypass the clutch sensor, hope that helps

Chick: "Hey, You ride huh? Where's your bike?"

Me: "Right there." *click remote and bike hops to life, lifts its own kick stand, rolls over to me and a computerized voice says "What up, pimpin... who's the bitch?"

Re: remote start

hey bro glad you figured it out.but by doing it the way you did you overrode the clutch safety at all times,I can tell you how to do it so it will only overide when you remote start, also did you tie into the neutral light?if you didn't your bike is gonna start in gear and end up in front of a Mack truck.hit me up if you want the info.................

Re: remote start

What kind of alarm was it and how long did it take you to hook it up? Did you hook up your neutral safety switch? Also how did you hook up your two wires that came from the clutch?

I have done custom work on cars for years. If you get a trunk release solenoid and tie it into your throttle cable, the press of a button could rev your bike a good 3-5k.....

Now that is pimp ! :YEAH :YEAH
