Tire PSI?

I know if I want to practice stopies I should lower the PSI in the front tire. And same for wheelies in the rear. What if I want to practice both. How low can I go before I do damage to the rims when landing.

I NEVER LET AIR OUT OF MY FRONT TIRE,U JUST HAVE TO THROW YOUR BODY UP WHEN U HIT THE BRAKES.AS FOR THE BACK TIRE I KEEP 15 TO 20 PSI

Yeah, if you got a good front tire don't worry about dropping any pressure. As for the back try to stay above 20 unless your a fatass then you'd want more.
