Endo Question
Since filming you guys I have been practicing my distance endos--I am rolling between 150-200 feet from 40mph pretty consistenly. Here is my questions: I have a pilot front, 32 psi, I have been getting pretty high to roll that distance, still not where you guys are but high enough for now, but I am leaving black marks the entire length of the endo. Do you guys leave marks? How far do you roll from 40mph? What psi do you run in the front? I have been practing on my 900 without a damper, but my wifes 929 has a Scotts and I can roll just alittle less on that, what do you guys set your dampers at? Also whats the fastest you come in at for your longest endos??? I need to hit 300 feet before it snows up here in NY!!!! Thanks for any advise

well i like to rock the metzler m1 on the front with 25psi. we only leave marks when we do the front wheel powerslide...
200 feet at 40 mph is real good, it's harder to get farther at that speed on a 900- rr...
the farthest i ever got on the 900 is 375ft..
but brock started roling them like 500+ on his with some billshit no name brake pads..... i still dont understant that....
i started riding a 929 with a dampner and roling 500+ feet on that... i'm coming in at 70 to 80.....
joe's doing. . . well we all know how joe's doing..... we had to get a new tape measure.....

Brock is just a ******' stoppie pimp on a 900... Plain and simple. I remember when he could barely roll 100.. Then like a week later I hear long stoppies behind me and just assume it's Joe. I turn around to see a green 900 flying by on one wheel and was like
He ain't got **** on my 20 footers though

Thanks for the tips guys, my endo season is about over, 35 degrees at night is making for some cold pavement all day, maybe thats why I am getting black lines. The 929 has a m1 and the 900 has a pilot, both are leaving marks from start to finish. Do you guys leave the bikes in gear, neutral, or stop the rear wheel? I can't seem to find any more distance out of myself. I have tried speeding up gradually but I can't overcome the mental aspect of getting up so high at higher speeds. If it was a set speed contest at 40 I would be all set!!!!!! By the time I catch up to you guys you will be rollin 1000 footers!!!!!!!!
O yeah, I have been running plain oem honda pads, the 929 is on its first set, the 900 has a set from some 929 calipers I had layin around..........what are you guys runnin?

well i like stock honda pads & sbs pads. my 3rd choice would be ebc-hh pads...
geting it up higher is all mental, you gata bring it to the oh **** point, where sometimes you not on the brake at all. and hoping that you dont flip !!!!! i got fliping stoppies on lock down...
