Covering rear brake question
Covering rear brake question
hey all, i've been takin advice here to heart and makin a conscious effort to cover my rear brake during wheelies, until it was drilled into me here, i never really did it before.
For sitdowns and especially standups theres like no way a normal dude with boots on can cover it w/o being double-jointed or something. So i'm figurin I gotta adjust the pedal. I been tryna look at vids to see where cats got their brake adjusted can't see it.
When im up, say bfo balance point do i want my rear brake pedal almost horizontal to the ground? i guess the way to ask is do u guys run so the rear brake is a big stretch w your toe down when not in a wheelie or what? any feedback is appreciated

Re: Covering rear brake question
I know what ya mean, you need to get off the bike more (legs more bent and *** out). If you bolt up your passenger peg on left side and wheelie w/ your left leg on passenger peg it makes it easier to cover brake. Don't try this unless you have stabilized your peg from flipping up.
