ok got my bike redun
Re: ok got my bike redun
ok man i need for you to go over the whole wheelie process for me one more time
heres what i'm doin:
i roll the bike to about 5 or 10 mph and then lean a lil back not all the way (just to where the edge is where the seat gets flat for the passenger) i pull in the clutch and rev it up to about 10 X rpms and then i let out the clutch and hold on
as the bike comes up i start to stand up on the pegs but then i can only bring it up for about a split second (the front wheel gets up to about 4 feet) and then it comes back down i can't seem to walk it
what should i do to improve myself?

Re: ok got my bike redun
well are u standing on the back pegs or the front ones i used to stand on the front ones and ride them forever and i tryed it on the back pegs and it is easyer and i can ride them even longer,if u on the front pegs roll about 5mph,clutch it to about 10 or so and let it out your problem is u are siting to far back,u dont set that far back on the thing sit on it like u ride it,when i do it im all the way foward, nuts to tank. wen the bike comes up you need to come up with it dont jerk it or forse it and when it comes up dont gas the hell out of it just fether it,a 250 is totaly diff from a biger bike u cant rellie on rpms to keep u up its ballance.but try this roll about 5 mph and stand on your back pegs when i do it it lookes stupid as your bent over hit about 6 or 7 and let it out,it drops you point of ballance down about a foot when it comes up be ready cuz it will flip over fast if not carefull get it down in first gear and then ill tell u how to do them in 2nd and ride them forever

Re: ok got my bike redun
I can bounce wheelies to balance point on my 200CC 17BHP 1975 honda standard.
I stand on the rear pegs, rev it to redline, bounce it hard twice and as the second bounce is rebounding I drop the clutch. I know it's not the same thing cause the Ninja has a bit more power.
