any one know how to set or what to set the spring preload adjuster compression dampening force and rebound dampening forces at on a zx6 I had them set at stock settings and I blew the seals last week and within an hour I blew another I just got the replaced again and before I screw them up again I was just wondering what to set them at if I should set them at a stiffer setting or what?

 

id go wit whats comfortable for you i got my front on hard so i dont bottom on bad wheelies.
