ya, dont try putting your weight on the pavement, it'll rip you right off ur bike. Just slide ur feet along.

 

i make the plates, kinda my own design, ive never seen any others, i use like 10 gauge steel and cut out a shoe size, weld a piece of steel on toe, and the sides, then screw a rollerblade buckle on the sides, email me at sketch_187@hotmail.com and ill send ya a pic when i finish em tomorrow, ive tried em and they throw like 10-12" of sparks, i mean heavy dose of sparks, they arent pretty lol but they work nicely.
