Ripped off by a guy in Mesa, AZ
Ripped off by a guy in Mesa, AZ
Hey, if any of ya'll know how to find a guy named Jeremy Abrams in the Mesa/Phoenix, AZ area please let me know.
I answered an ad on www.svrider.com for a used Micron full system to put on my SV track bike. We agreed on $400, and I sent him a check, which he cashed on 2/11.
Long story short - he ripped me off, the SV's in the garage without an exhaust on it and I'm out $400 I could put into tires or **** or my kid's college fund.
He doesn't respond to my e-mails (his address is phxj79@aol.com), and the phone number he gave me was bogus. I sent the check to 7190 East Juanita Ave. in Mesa.
He owns (or owned) a 2002 SV650, yellow, with a Micron high-mount carbon system and a Holeshot undertray.
I'm to the point now where I'm calling everybody named Abrams in the Phoenix/Gilbert/Mesa area to find him or his momma.
$400 isn't going to break me, but I'd sure like to break this thieving a#$hole's kneecaps. Please respond off list and I'll keep any info provided strictly confidential.
Thanks,
Joe

from what i understand, thats mail fraud. if you have all the corrispondance between both of you, i would call the local PD in his area (the address he gave you) and see what they have to say about it.
