Endos
Endos
I have a few questions:
I was doing small stoppies tonight, going about 20mph and slowly pulled on the brakes until I felt it tugging hard then I gave it a good tug and I got the rear wheel 4-5 feet in the air..
1. Can you do damage to the forks or wheels by doing stoppies, or the bottom of the fairings?
2. How do you find the balance point without risking looping it (if at all possible)
3. At what point should I take my feet off the pegs, after the rear wheel has dropped, or before in case I lose my balance?
4. Is it safe to do stoppies with stock tire pressure?

Re: Endos
stoppies i think are the easiest trick to do, but the hardest to perfect. every time its different. you cant damage the forks or the wheel doing them, just have to set the bike up for it, try loosening up the front just a little. finding the balance point is just how scary, you actually dont want to be at the balance point, you want to be an inch before it, cuz there is no coming back from and inch over it. i run my front tire at 25 lbs. of air. gets a little wider of a patch on the ground so the tire isnt too round and it wont want to fall to eaither side. hope this helps.
