R6 ???

Who's STUNTIN a R6!!!

I want to build a 12 bar??
Where is the best place to mount it, and please show me some pic's???

Usually you would want to mount it on the subframe...just ****in with ya buddy...I'll search around today and see if I can find some pics for u....I'll call ya sometime this afternoon :YEAH :YEAH

 

yo what up? i have a 2002 R6 and stunt the **** out of it...or at least try I love that bike but have to tell ya it's a 'jumpy' bike. I have a 12 bar and FI sliders/cage. I HIGHLY recommend a cage for your bike! I've dropped my **** a bunch of times and was able to get it up and runnin right away. A cage is one of the first things I get for my bikes. I'm out of commission for now with a broken foot(due to a 12 gone bad ) but I'll be back on that bad boy once I heal up, plus it's cold in jersey so I really don't mind the rest As for gearing, right now I'm stock front and +2 rear. I'll be going -2, +2 once I startup again. If you're lookin to do 1st or 2nd gear wheelies, the R6 can do that with no problem stock gearing. I started out 1st gear and 2nd gear standups. Bike has alot of power! Sorry for the ramblin but I'm trying to give as much info as I can. I'll try to post up pics of my 12 bar and how it's mounted, and also the cage. Any more info you need let me know. L8r.

hey sdudgeon, does ur bike die when its up on the bar? if so, i can i keep the oil from coming out the crankcase breather and going into the airbox? thanks.

 

how far you draging the bar for, or are you just leaving it parked on the bar??

I stunted an 02 r6 for the first time yesterday. I have a gixxer 750 and thats all I have ever stunted on. I really liked the r6 alot. Its alot easier to throw around and it felt really smooth. No need for gears or anything.

 

Is that bitch able to ride at hiway speed or what!!!I'm -1 in the front now, and wanted to go +6 int the rear?

do you find it easier to slow roll with that gearing? did you try it stock?

Slowrolls are easy with stock gearing if you already know what you are doing.

 

What ar U runnin for a 12 bar? I want to build my own, but need some pics or details on how others R building'em?????
I just got done building my own extended sliders! I used F.I.'s basic design, but machined the out of thicker tubing! I'll try to post pics later!! :YEAH

 

i dont have a 12've bar...i love slow **** so i really dont need a bar. the bar i used to have i built myself.
the gearing helps a ton with slow stuff. but once you got it down you wont need the gears anymore.
