what gears do I run on my 954

I am looking to go about 140 or so just fast enough so the cops don't gain on me does any one know what the hot set up is I also want to convert to a smaller chain how do I figure out the right lengh to order thanks for the help

I ride with a dude that's got +20 in the rear and he can still hit 80mph in second....we paced him with a car. That should still do close to 140 tached out in 6th.
