I'am going to put a bar on my 1k and need to know where to put it and where and how to fasten it, because I know the sub frame is pretty weak.

 

NOT A PROBLEM, IF YOU ARE USING A FREESTYLE BAR JUST MOUNT IT SO THE BAR IS ALL THE WAY FORWARD AND HITS THE STOPS BY THE LOCK MECHANISM RAIL. THE TOP OF THE BAR SIDE RAILS SHOULD BE EVEN WITH THE SUB FRAME TOO...I SHORTENED MINE 1 AND 5/8 OF AN INCH SO IT WILL BE IDENTICAL TO THE LENTH OF THE STOCK TAIL...SUB FRAME IS WEAK AT THE LOWER FRAME MOUNTS.

 

gixxer subframes are junk get it reinforced cause you will break it all the time. trust me on that!!!!!!!!!!!!
