handles shake....

ok got a question... after i do a wheelie and i bring it down the tire hits and my handles shake(kinda scary) and i know its not cuz im layin the tire down crooked...cuz also when im on the freeway and i switch lanes and go over the reflector bumbs, it causes the handles to shake also.... is it bad fork seals? bent fork seals? sumone please tell me...i also dont have a dampner(not even a stock one) would a dampner help??? thanks for any info!!

your probably getting tankslappers.....go get yourself a damper. They'll save your *** when doing wheelies.

your tire could be out of balance, get a damper either way it will elminate that

Tighten your steering head bearings before you do anything else (before you even ride the bike again, if you're getting a tank-slapper just changing lanes!). And quit holding onto your handlebars so tightly.

make sure the forks are even on how far they come out of the tripple clamp. let us know what works!

I will tell you what it is.....
It's that crap *** tire on your bike....you need a new tire.
Tell me how old it is? If you get a new tire it will seem like a whole new bike

i had major headshake and my biek handled horribly, changed the tire and everything is fine now

sometimes when the tire stops yall get a little shake but no usually a bar slap check your tire head bearings amd forks make sure their both adjusted the same.
