-1/+2

With a -1 and +2 in the rear will I be able to on off on a 2nd gear wheelie on a 2002 f4i? MY bike is not a stunt bike so I like to just hop on and ride around town, so my next question is; is -1/+2 going to be too much for just riding around town or going fast?
