08 cbr1000rr needs new casing. (oil leak)

08 cbr1000rr needs new casing. (oil leak)
The lower casing of my honda cbr1000rr has a crack the size of my thumb print. 3 possible options: welding the casing to seal the leak. 2. replace the lower and upper casing only, or 3. swapping the engine completely. any suggestions?
