complete power loss

Hi, got me a GSXR 1000 K3...working fine, until tonight,,,went to start as usual, but got a complete power failure, when i pressed the starter button..no ignition..no lights no nothing..as it went to start..everything went dead...checked main fuse under seat..even the little ones, but no joy..the alrm still works...even when the key is in the "on" position..and i can still left button the alrm to stop the motion sensor when alrm is on (datatool sys 3)...but i still have no power at all...and even when the ignition is on...it still "self-sets"..but when i turned the key off...the rev counter spun up once...then that was that...help?

Re: complete power loss

The alarm will work because it's probable wired directly to the battery. Did you check the breaker(not fuse) next to the battery? Try to jump it and see if it makes a difference.
