I was in the lot last week ****** around when me and a couple friends stood my 636 up on the 12 bar for a a few minutes... When I dropped and started the bike it smoked for like 20 minutes, Im assuming it was oil cause thats what it smelled like... Anyone else have this prob??

P.S.
1) The bike was OFF when standing.
2) Did the kleen air mod (dont know if that matters)

 

 

you may have too much oil in the bike which will make it smoke but luckily you have done the clean air mod so you didnt do any damage you just filled your exhaust with oil , it will burn off ..p.s dont leave it on the bar for a long time ..

 

Thanks for the advice OMR, What about riding 12's... or circles, is it different when the bike is running?

 

if you keep the oil level just below the top of the site glass you shouldnt have any problems at all
