Put a bar in the rear rim spin it let it catch on the swing arm, and break it loose ..

You probably have it off by now, but I'll add how to do it, for anyone else reading.

Leave the rear wheel, chain, and sprocket on. Get to the point of removing the front sprocket nut. Make sure the bike is in neutral, and stand on the rear break. Don't use a torque wrench, instead a breaker bar or pipe. It will come off! Get a buddy to help you if you cant get it by your self. Righty tighty, lefty loosy. Good luck, those things are torqued on there really good.

ya if you dont have a good impact then leave the bike in gear and hold the brake at the same time and use a big breaker bar , the locktite they use is awesome ..lol

i struggled getting mine off on my 05 zx6 i ended up using a breaker bar on it,wouldnt come off at first tried putting some heat on it to break up the loctite as a last resort didnt see it working being steel on steel but heat went on breaker bar turned bit of gental persuasion and bam its off, thats how it worked for me=)

Re: I NEED HELP. front sprocket won't come off...

you have to be very careful using heat that close to the seals , i would take the bike to a tire shop and ask them to blast the nut off with a 3/4 impact before i would use heat on it ..
