so i rode in the rain not too long ago and ever since my brakes havnt been quite the same. my question is, does my brake calipers have sliding pins in them like a car caliper would have? im thinkin if so then they just need to be cleaned and greased.

The best you can do is clean the area with brakes cleaner.
No pins in this caliper, only pistons.
