Help

hey guys i don't have a stand or a lift but i need to lift my bike so i can take of the front tire is there any way to do that ?? is it okay to lift the bike by the handlebars ??

Yea you can lift from the upper triple or handbars. I normal run a strap around one of the beam in the garage and connect it to the upper triple and lift the bike up that way.
