Does anyone have any ideas for skitching plates. I put screws in the heals of my shoes and that worked good but we got pulled over and the hipo saw them and didnt like it. I have no idea how we got out of that one(one cool *** cop) but i want something that i can just take off when im not usuing them. Anything helps

 

Rothwell used titanium plates (expensive but they last ages) with the toe cap built in. - ie yopu slide your toe into a small cup at the front - then there's a leather strap that ties around you ankle - it works for shows, but I'm not sure if you wanna be out on the streets with them.

 

Titanium is the 'ish. Sparks and lasts ages..

Do you want to be sparking, or just want something to slide on?

Aluminum would be the easiest for you to "make" your own, but it doesnt throw sparks..

Stateside, you're probably looking at 750 -1000 bucks for a pair of titanium plates.

true enough, aluminum would work, but you'll only get about 5 mins. of skitching out of them - and yeah, no sparks

 

The titanium joint near me has dumpsters full of titanium shavings.. so uhm, if ya got the equipment to melt it, and poor it, and such- thats all you..

 

Sounds like you could make some cash man. Gather that **** up, melt it and develop some plates..... cha ching $$
