k let me hit ya'll up there are two ways to do it. 2nd to 3rd shift or if you just want to bring it up in 3rd just do a bounce clutch its kind of hard to get the hang of it but it works. i ride a f4i but i did it on a 00 f4 before. just like reg bounce just with the clucth. let me know if ya'll get it.

Red face Technique and Practice!

On my F4 I can get them up in 1st and 2nd no problem but when I try it in 3rd I get about 2ft at the most.

I only try them bouncing because I am trying to use my clutch as long as I can because it's ready to go any day. I'm replacing it in the winter and after that I'll try the 3rd gear bounce/clutch method.

Does the front suspension have to be adjusted to help out a bit?
