F4 Fork removal

whats the easiest way to remove the forks? I was told to get a triple clamp jack... I have never heard of one, and have no clue where to get one... has anyone made their own ghetto version? I was thinkin some bar stock with a cradle in my floor jack. any advice would be great. Thanks.
