ok so I read the idle ajuster thread, and I am going to put the new one on today, but what is the stock one. Just an air/fuel ajuster, cause mine is fucked up! its threw off my middle two cylynders. When I put the new one on do I just leave that at stock? someone explain please. thanks.

 

I'm not sure how it threw off you middle cylinders? It shouldn't do that. The Idle screw opens the throttle body as if you were opening the throttle. It's not like a choke where it let's more fuel in. If the two middle cylinders are messed up it could be that the throttle bodies need to be syncronized.
