so when ever the bike fall over or goes on 12 it stalls and wont start again (we check tip over sensor) and it has kleen air mod + brand new battery just replaced the plugs and oil but when i go to start it the fi light comes on? just woundering if anyone has had this problem or maybe knew how to fix it? any help at all would be awsome and i know the battery terminals are tight cuz i replaced battery yesterday

How did you bypass the tip sensor. Because it sure sounds like that is your problem.

 

Don't know anything about sensors..........but is it part of the wiring harness?

 

Does it start back up without cycling the key? or do you have to turn it off then on? Like ***** said it sounds like tour tip sensor, fill it with silicone or take out the ring in side!

Pop the tip sensor apart and just take the offset weight and rod out then it should be fine
