my 636 did run good for a while, and it even does sometimes random.
But most of the time it will just quit accelerating above 10k.. so i went somewhere on a dyno.. the guy told me the bike didn't get enough fuel, sounds resonable but the bike is full of valves and sensors.

So what did came to my mind, fuel pump?... some gashousingsensor problem?

someone got an idea?.. i've quit lost it

+1 my tps weant bad and did exactly that! Try another set of throttle bodies!

 

cool guys!.. first im gonna try the fuel pump, and if that does not work i get myself a new throttle body cause of the sensors.

 

my 636 got to were it wouldnt even go above probably 4k one time. all i did was clean the fuel pump. washed out the filter and now bike runs fine. rev limiters for days!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

replace the whole trottle body? thats way expencive over here.. but tps is adjustable in most cases...

 

so today i borrowed a throttlebody and a fuel pump.. started up with switching the throttle bodie.. didn't improve much.. ok than the fuelpump.. voila. problem solved :D
